형태론의 기본 단위인 형태소의 개념, 단어와 구, 새로운 단어를 생성하는 합성법과 파생법, 단어의 어형이 변화하는 활용 등을 이해하고, 형태론과 음운론 및 통사론의 관계도 살펴본다. 또한 단어의 결합으로 이루어진 절과 문장의 기능 및 구조를 분석하고, 현대국어의 문법 현상과 규칙을 이해하는 데 목표를 둔다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course will survey the concept of morpheme, words and phrases, the methods of word formation, and the conjugation. It will also be examined the relations between morphology and phonology or syntax. Furthemore, the students will analyze the structure of phrases and sentences, and understand the function or the structure of elements occurring in the sentence and the syntactic rules of Contemporary Korean.
