본 교과목은 시스템반도체 설계 분야에 핵심적인 System On Chip (SoC) 설계 기초 지식에 대하여 학습한다. 산업계 표준인 AMBA BUS에 대한 이해, 타이밍도에 대한 이해, BUS 기반 IP 설계 등에 대한 이해와 더불어 VerilogHDL 언어를 이용한 시뮬레이션 검증을 수행한다. FPGA 디바이스에 설계된 IP를 다운받아 동작 검증 방법에 대해 학습한다.

This course learns the basic knowledge of System On Chip (SoC) design, which is essential in the field of system semiconductor design. In addition to understanding the industry standard AMBA BUS, timing diagram, and BUS-based IP design, simulation verification using VerilogHDL language is performed. Students learn how to check and verify operation by applying verified hardware to FPGA devices.
