이 과목은 서기 9세기로부터 현재까지 전개되어 온 러시아 역사의 주요 인물과 사건을 살펴보는 동시에 그 사건들의 이념적, 문화적 배경을 이해하게 하는 것에 주요 목표가 있다. 단순한 사건 나열보다는 역사적 변환의 각 단계에 있어 러시아의 사회와 문화의 모습이 어떻게 변화되어 나갔는지에 주목함으로써 다양한 역사적 경험들이 러시아인들의 정신세계 형성에 어떻게 영향을 미쳤는지 이해할 수 있도록 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course deals with important historical figures and events from 9th A.D to current Russia, and at the same time, aims to enable students to understand idealogical or cultural backgrounds of those events. Main goal of this course is not just a enumeration of historical events, but rather enabling students to understand how the various historical experiences influenced on the mentality of Russian people, focused on the changed aspects of society and culture at the every stage of historical changes.
