인적자원은 조직의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 핵심자원으로서 전략적 중요성이 있다. 본 과정에서는 사람에 대한 다양한 관점과 인적자원관리의 역사를 학습하고, 장교들이 조직의 성공을 위해 자신의 노력을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 탐구해 보고자 한다. 본 과복에서는 군에서 인력의 채용, 평가, 보상, 승진, 개발 등이 다루어진다.

Human resources are of strategic importance as key resources to determine the success of an organization. In this course, we will study different perspectives on people and the history of human resource management and explore ways in which officers can use their efforts to achieve organizational success. This course deals with the
recruitment, evaluation, compensation, promotion and development of personnel in the military.
