현대전쟁에서는 민군관계의 정립이 무엇보다 중요하다. 민군관계의 개념을 이해하고, 군대와 사회와의 관계, 군대와 정치와의 관계를 탐구하여 유사시 유기적인 관계가 정립될 수 있도록 민군관계의 바람직한 모델과 발전과제를 모색하는 과정이다.

The most important thing in modern wars is the foundation of civil military relationship. The course is designed to understand the concept of civil military relationship, to investigate the relationship of military and society and the relationship of military and politics in order to a desirable model and a development subject of civil military relationship.
