본 교과목에서는 전반적인 조리과학의 기초지식을 배우고 각 식품의 조리과정에서 일어나는 과학적 원리를 이해하여 이를 논리적으로 설명 및 서술할 수 있는 능력을 기른다.

Describe the historical background and reasons for the food you choose, the subject matter of why you choose, how you cook it, and other things you can do in conjunction with storytelling, and then understand the cooking perspectives you can present in front of the students.
