본 교과목은 지표에 나타난 다양한 자연 및 인문환경에 영향을 미치는 기후 및 기상 주제를 다룬다.
대기 구성 및 구조, 강수, 대기 운동 및 바람, 기상 시스템 등 대기 과학에 대한 수강생의 이해 증진을 목표로 한다. 이 뿐 아니라 기후 시스템에 따른 다양한 지표 공간의 환경적 측면을 고찰하고, 당대의 환경변화에 영향을 끼치는 인간에 의한 기후변화의 이해를 돕는 것을 목적으로 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course deals with the impacts of climate and Earth’s atmosphere on the diversity of natural and anthropogenic environments. It aims at the enhancement of understanding on the science of atmosphere associated with atmospheric composition and structure, precipitation, atmospheric movement and wind, meteorological system and so on. In addition, the course helps students better understand the possible relation between weather system and various environmental aspects and the effects of anthropogenic climate change on environmental change.
