세계화 시대에 외국인에게 한국의 문화를 올바로 교육시킬 수 있는 소양을 함양하는 과목이다. 한국의 문학, 역사, 철학을 비롯한 한국문화 전반에 대한 기본 소양은 물론 학교가 위치한 지역의 문화에 대한 관심과 지식을 구비함으로써 한국문화에 대하여 관심있는 외국인이나 교포들에게 쉽고도 효율적인 교육을 할 수 있는 방법을 연구하고 토론하는 과목이다. 즉, 세계화시대에 외국인에게 한국문화를 올바르게 이해시킬 수 있는 폭넓은 안목을 기르는 과목이다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course is for students to teach foreigners Korean culture in this global era. Students will be equipped with Korean culture, history and philosophy and local culture as well and discuss how to educate foreigners who are interested in Korean culture. In other words, during this course students will develop their teaching skills for teaching Korean culture to foreign students learning Korean.
