서비스수요자인 국민관점에서 국민의 생각과 경험 등을 토대로 공공서비스를 디자인하는 새로운 공공서비스디자인 방법론을 연구한다. 공공분야를 수요자중심으로 해석하고 개발하는 일련의 국민중심 서비스디자인 과정을 학습하여 국민이 보다 나은 공공서비스를 경험할 수 있도록 서비스디자인 방법과 분야를 탐색한다.

This study researches new public service design theory based on public experience and thinking. This study defines public service from cunsumer's perspective and develops new public service design theory to offer citizens better public experience.
