교육제도의 생성과 변화과정을 이론적 및 역사적 관점에서 평가 및 재해석하고 교육정책의 개념과 교육정책의 형성, 집행, 평가, 분석 등에 관한 주요이론들을 살펴본다. 현대 공교육의 위기극복을 위해 제시되고 있는 교육제도 변화노력을 현실 교육정책과의 관련 속에서 규명한다.

This course evaluates and re-interprets the birth and evolution of educational institutions, and reviews the theories of educational policy in terms of its formation, implementation, evaluation, and analysis. In addition, this course examines several trials for the change of educational institutions and policies.
