September 15-20, 2021, in order to greet the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea next year and the 2021 China-South Korea Cultural Exchange Year, TopS+ China-Korea International Design Exhibition and International Young Scholars Forum will be successful in China and South Korea using both online and offline methods. hold.
On September 15, the opening ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Beijing International Design Week Design Tour "TopS+ China-Korea International Design Exhibition" was grandly held at the Korean Confucius Cultural Center in Seoul. Park Hongying, President of the Confucius Cultural Center of Korea, Lee Yuwon, Dean of the Confucius Institute of Korea, Kim Byung-in, Chairman of the Sungkyunkwan Former Ceremony, Jeon Chunhwa, Director of the International Planning Department of the Confucius Cultural Center of Korea, Lee Zhenjian, Executive Director of the International Planning Department of the Confucius Cultural Center of Korea, Confucius Culture of Korea More than a dozen experts and scholars, including the Center’s Minister of External Liaison Park Hee-gil, TopS+ International Design Platform Operating Committee Member Hu Hongwei, and National Class-A Actor Li Yuji, attended the opening ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The works of this design joint exhibition mainly come from the design competition and workshop works of the TopS+ international design platform. The content of the works involves industrial design, product design, architectural design, environmental design, visual design and other professional fields. In order to continue to expand the influence of the platform in Asia, the design joint exhibition expects more design universities, enterprises and platforms to develop together through related activities.
On September 17, the design joint exhibition began to be exhibited at Hongik University in South Korea. The works are selected from the excellent works in this design joint exhibition. After the unanimous evaluation of many expert judges, more than 30 selected works were selected. The autumn is high and fresh and the green trees are shaded. The outdoor lawn in front of the Hongik University Art Palace is dotted with exquisite design works, echoing the public art sculptures on the lawn, like stars in the world, shining brightly. This design joint exhibition attracted many people from all walks of life: professors, students, citizens, etc. stopped to watch.
September 18, sponsored by the Korea-China Design Creative Industry Association, Beijing Design Society, Jiangsu Industrial Design Society, Hebei Industrial Design Association, Korea Confucius Cultural Center, China-Europe International Design Culture Association, Heilongjiang Art and Design Association, Korean Humanities Society The TopS+ International Young Scholar Forum organized by the Society of Science and Art Fusion, the Italian Chinese-Italian Design Association, and the Hong Kong International Designers Association was held as scheduled in the Bochuan Library of Dalian University of Technology. On the morning of September 18th, firstly, Professor Chang Gu from Hongik University in South Korea gave a keynote speech on "Design Aesthetics are changing in Digital Age". Professor Gu is the chairman of the Design Research Committee of the Korean Society of Automotive Engineers. He wrote "Professor Gu Chang's Car Design Review" and "Professor Gu Chang's Car Design Criticism" for "Global Automotive News" and "Auto" magazines. He once worked as the director of the Design Research Center of Kia Motors Technology Research Institute in South Korea, and the chief designer of Kia Motors North America Design Institute.
Later, Professor Xiaoyou He from Nanjing University of the Arts and PhD supervisor gave a keynote speech on "From "Useless Use" to "Use Innovative"-Constructing the Realization Path of China's Industrial Design Education "Advanced Pose". Professor He is the former vice president of Nanjing University of the Arts, the invited vice president and director of the Design Research Committee of the China Industrial Design Association, the deputy director of the Industrial Design Art Committee of the China Artists Association, the director of the China Higher Education Association and the deputy director of the Design Education Committee. Chairman of Jiangsu Industrial Design Society, Director of Design Art Committee of Jiangsu Artists Association, Supervisor of Jiangsu Popular Science Artists Association, and part-time doctoral tutor of Macau University of Science and Technology.
Finally, Professor Tang Jian, a professor and doctoral supervisor from Dalian University of Technology, gave a keynote speech on "Health·Service·Design". Professor Tang is the dean of the School of Architecture and Art of Dalian University of Technology, a first-class registered architect in China, a member of the Architecture Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Education Ministry of China, a deputy director of the Architecture Teaching Steering Committee of Liaoning Higher Education Institutions, and "Architectural Details" Member of the editorial board of the magazine and a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Architecture and Planning. The keynote speeches of the three industry experts were brilliant, focusing on the frontier issues of design discipline development and education from different perspectives. On the afternoon of September 18th, ten outstanding scholars focused on the above eight themes and shared their achievements in their respective research fields in a colorful topic under the context of globalization. First, Dr. Chen Weiwen from Tsinghua University, China shared the theme of "NFT Technology and Digital Art: Concepts, Models and Application Prospects"; then, Dr. Xue Xiong from Tongji University in China shared the "Impact of City Brand Image" The theme of Research; Dr. Jianwei Zhang from Sangmyung University in South Korea shared the theme of "Research on Optimal Design of Prefabricated Building Component Production Equipment Based on User Experience"; Dr. Yuan Xie from Nanjing University, China shared the theme of "From Adaptation to Transcendence: The theme of "The Evolution of the Relationship between Art and Time in Chinese Classical Aesthetics"; Dr. Li Zijun from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom published a sharing theme on "Dynamic Graphics: A Learning Tool for Children to Improve English Vocabulary"; from China Dr. Dazhuang Lu from Dalian University of Technology shared the theme of "Research on the Digital Twin Space System of China's Resilience Center Cities"; Dr. Linxuan Tan from Musashino Art University in Japan published the theme of "Impression Analysis of the City and Experiments to Extract the Ideas of Residents" ; Dr. Fan Qian from Zhejiang University, China shared the theme of "The Evolution of Belief and Image" from the Book of Kings; Dr. Min Xinle from Hongik University in South Korea published a "Comparative Study of Korean and Chinese Recluse Gardens Based on Hermit Culture" "The sharing theme of "; Finally, Dr. Yingzhi Wang from the Hokuriku Institute of Science and Technology, Japan, shared the theme of "Structural color is rebuilding the relationship between color and emotion".
The academic host of this forum is Dr. Baijing Zou, associate professor and master supervisor of Dalian University of Technology. Professor Zou is the executive vice president of the Korea-China Design and Creative Industry Association and the director of the Visual Culture Research Center, the executive chairman of the TopS+ balance design award organizing committee, and a doctor of design from Dongming University in South Korea. Professor Zou made a wonderful summary of the expert keynote speech in the morning and the scholars forum in the afternoon. Professor Zou's host style is elegant and generous, his manners are elegant, and his thoughts are clear, which made the forum recognized by many audiences at the scene.
