산업디자인의 총체적인 디자인 프로세스를 이론적인 학습과 기업의 사례연구를 통하여 이해하며, 상품의 기획, 설계, 생산, 조립, 포장, 유통, 폐기에 이르는 전 과정을 실무적인 프로세스에 맞추어 학습한다. 양산 체제에 적합한 제품을 디자인하는데 관련된 제반 요소들을 분석하고, 산업디자인 분야의 대량생산 공정을 총괄적으로 파악한다.
교과목해설(영문)
The whole design process of industrial design is explored through theoretical studies and corporate case studies, and the entire process, including the design, planning, production, assembly, packaging, distribution, and disposal of products, is studied alongside the practical processes. The basic elements related to the designing of a product suitable to the mass production system are analyzed, and the full understanding of the mass production process in the industrial-design field is aimed at.
