교과목해설
21세기에서 주요사업으로 부각되는 반도체, 디스플레이, 이차전지, 연료전지, 태양광 관련 신기술이 증가할수록 이 기술들에 의한 환경오염문제 또한 급격히 부각되고 있다. 본 강의에서 이러한 신기술들의 공정을 이해하고, 신소재 기반 융합공학으로 각 기술의 공정과 후공정을 친환경 공정으로 융합설계하는 방법에 대하여 학습한다.
교과목해설(영문)
As novel technologies related with semiconductor devices, display devices, secondary batteries, fuel cells and solar cells for main business of the 21st century have increased, environmental pollution problems related with the novel technologies have also come into greater prominence in recent years. The goals of this course are the understanding of processes of the novel technologies and the convergence designing of eco-friendly processes for processes and post-processes of each novel technology by convergence engineering based on the smart materials.
