자본주의 발달에 따른 기업을 중심으로 한 생활관계를 중심으로 다룬다. 우선 사인의 개념을 파악하고 주식회사의 개요와 회사설립과정을 정리한다. 회사의 기관 및 계산, 그리고 주식 및 사채 등 금융보험학과와 유기적인 관련을 맺고 있는 내용을 중심적으로 학습한다. 상행위와 회사제도에 대한 개괄적인 이해를 바탕으로 보험업법, 보험계약법, 증권거래법 등 관련분야에 응용할 수 있는 기초적 개념을 정리한다.

This course examines the legal system with emphasis on the idea that business relationships are based upon contractual agreements. The course addresses specific topics related to financial activities such as products liability, consumer protection laws, corporation laws, security trading laws and insurance contractual laws.
