This seminar course examines currentlt focused issued related ti the funance and management field. The purpose of the course is to provide students with business theory, business practie and cases. It also provides preparation of some kinds of intehrated managenial skills and opportunities for career development. By opening group discussion on selected specific topics of finance and management area, students can get a new perspective on a real world business decision making.
