This course examines the issues, theories, and methodology that comprise a framework for rational decision-making by financial managers. He ibjective of this course is to developanalytical ability and illustrate the oracticak application of financial theory and anakysis. Topics include present value analysism capital budgeting, pricing financial assetsm firm finanacial structure and the cist if capital, and security underwriting.
