This courses studies the comprehensive development process and the direction for improvement by learning the economic role and function of the capital market, the structure and function of the issuing market, the distribution market, the functions of related institutions, the internationalization of the capital market and the integration process of the capital market to learn the basics for various financial products through the capital market.
