-  compounding과 discounting의 개념 이해

-  PV와 FV (Time deposit case, installment savings or annuity, perpetuity) 계산법 숙지

2. Valuing stocks and bonds (주식 및 채권의 가치평가)

-  stock과 bond 관련 개념 및 용어(terminology) 이해

-  bond와 stock의 valuation 방법 숙지

3. Capital Budgeting (자본예산)

-  good decision criteria에 따른 decision rule of each evaluation method에 관해 이해

-  각각의 투자안 평가방식(NPV, IRR, Payback period, AAR, PI)의 이해

4. Capital Structure (자본구조)

-  Case I, Case II, Case III 이해할 것

-  Business risk와 Financial risk 이해할 것

-  Bankruptcy cost 이해할 것

-  BE-  EBIT 이해할 것(Case III에서 Optimal capital structure 구하는 법)

5. Cost of Capital (자본비용)

-  WACC의 의미

-  Cost of equity 계산법(2가지 방법) 및 각각의 특징, 장단점

-  Cost of debt의 계산방식, Cost of preferred stock의 계산법

-  WACC 계산법

6. Short- term Financial planning (단기자금조달계획)
