유행이 어떻게 전개되는가에 대한 이해와 이러한 트랜드가 어떻게 패션디자인에 적용되고 활용되는지 등에 대한 이해를 도모한다. 이 과정에서 패션정보를 이해하고 활용할 수 있는 능력을 배양한다. 그리고 의상 디자인에서의 컨셉이란 무엇이며 어떻게 설정되는가 그리고 패션 이론과 소비자 마켓에 대한 이해를 도모한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course aims to introduce the subject of concept generation which is then followed the presentaion and organisational skills that help them to communicate imaginative ideas & concepts to the others. These skills will be developed into personal concepts in relation to a design brief. The course places particular emphasis on the discussion of ideas, research and personal objectives.Students are introduced to methods of two-dimensional representation, textile and fabric development. Research, critical thinking, and presentation methods are key components. It is suitable for students who need the space, time and freedom to explore their own creative approach.
