SM Running Fair

The SM Running Fair has begun, which publishes works coded by students taking "algorithms and game contents", which are required liberal subjects. This SM Running Fair is hosted by Sangmyung University’s SW Central University Project Group. To have the necessary problem-solving skills in the field of major, all students are required to complete the subjects of “Computing Thinking and Game Design” and “Algorism and Game Contents” in the first grade. These processes are managed by Sang Myung University’s SW Central University Project Group.
What Is the Sangmyung University’s SW Central University Project Group?
It was newly established to cultivate suitable talents in an era of rapid technological change and provided more advanced artificial intelligence education to students of the Department of Convergence at SMU. As mentioned earlier, all students can understand the basics of coding through an interesting process called “making a game” by taking courses such as “computing thinking and game design” and “algorism and game content.”
Introduction Of the Works
Let’s look at some of the works that students displayed at the SM Running Fair. There are lots of students' two types of work such as games, and programs. First, I want to introduce to you a program which is called “Apple Store”. According to explanation at SM Running Fair site, inspired by a site that allows users to choose the product they want to buy on the Internet, they created a program that allows them to purchase Apple’s devices. If you execute the code, a greeting and an article explaining Apple’s devices appear, and you can express your intention to purchase by entering the product name and number of products you want.
