컴퓨터 하드웨어의 기본을 이루는 부울연산 및 논리 게이트에 대해 학습하고 가산기, 다중화기 등의 조합회로와 레지스터, 카운터 및 메모리 소자 등의 순서회로에 대한 이해를 통해 컴퓨터 하드웨어 설계에 응용할 수 있는 능력을 배양한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course covers the fundamentals of Boolean algebra, the design of the combinational circuits and the sequential circuits. Students will learn not only the combinational logic such as the adder, the multiplexer and the decoder but also the sequential logic including the register, the counter and the memory unit. Additionally, the objective of this course is to provide the understanding of the computer hardware design.
