영문학의 뿌리라고 할 수 있는 Shakespeare의 주요 작품들을 읽고 언어적 이해와 더불어 그의 작품의 특성들을 다양한 비평적 시각에서 알아보고 근세영국정치를 이해한다.

During this course, students will study some major works of Shakespeare, a root of modern English literature and language, covering the use of language and characteristics of his plays from various perspectives of criticism. The course will also provide students with the opportunities to understand the development of modern British politics.
